He was previously General Counsel to the Carbon Funds and Director of Legal Policy at Climate Change Capital, where he advised on CDM and JI projects including the biggest private syndication of a carbon transaction.

Rachel has worked at Camco Clean Energy for seven years, where she spent 3 years in the orgnisations Beijing office developing CDM projects in a number of sectors including renewables, CCGT and Coal Mine Methane.

Steven leads the UN regulatory and policy stream and advises Climate Change Capital's funds on policy and regulatory developments of the international carbon market, international climate finance, the Green Climate Fund, the Forestry Investment Programme under the Climate Investment Funds and broader international climate policy developments.

Alyssa focuses on market based mechanisms at Ecofys. She has worked on several major policy evaluation and development studies in recent years covering emissions trading, energy efficiency policies, adaptation to climate change and avoided deforestation. She has a particularly strong track record and understanding of the EU ETS.

Anna Lehmann has more than 10 years working experience in international climate and environmental policy and has been active in the CDM and JI from the beginning with business development focus on Latin America and Asia.
Anna served as investment advisor for two carbon market funds with appetite in clean energy and methane avoidance investment opportunities in developing and advanced developed countries (ISCCP US$ 280m, CCI SA EURO 80m). She holds a Board seat with CMIA since 2008.
Cameron is specialises in energy, environmental, natural resource and financial regulations that relate to or impact the business of climate change. For the past 15 years he has helped domestic and international clients develop and finance energy, water and conservation projects, buy and sell energy and environmental commodities and derivatives, diligence energy and environmental finance investments, navigate domestic U.S. energy, environmental and financial regulations (e.g. EPA, FERC, DOE, CFTC, SEC, OPIC), participate in carbon and renewable energy markets, and address enterprise and asset-level risks associated with climate change-related performance standards and regulation.

He is Group Chief Executive and Co-Founder of Sindicatum Sustainable Resources, a global clean energy company headquartered in Singapore; an Advisory Board member of ASrIA, the Association for Sustainable and Responsible Investing in Asia; and a commentator on climate change, natural capital and clean energy. He is a graduate of Syracuse University (Summa Cum Laude) and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Alexander Sarac, Legal Director, recently joined the Energy, Infrastructure Finance and Commodities team of DLA Piper from EcoSecurities/J.P. Morgan Chase Bank where he was General Counsel heading a team of lawyers located in China, Malaysia, Brazil, and the United Kingdom. Abyd Karmali is Managing Director and Global Head of Carbon Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is the company's point person for carbon business opportunities and serves on Bank of America's Environment Council which steers the bank's USD 50 billion environmental business initiative. Mr Karmali has worked for more than twenty years on climate change, carbon markets, and climate finance.
