Mr. Lo Baugh is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Natural Resources Department. His practice includes advising clients on administrative, environmental, energy and business law matters. Mr. Lo Baugh has substantial experience working with energy companies including both utilities and non-utilities, federal and state regulatory matters, transactional, strategic planning and counseling boards and committees. His broad experience includes corporate governance, corporate restructuring, and internal investigations. He has also assisted governmental entities in drafting legislation, ordinances and regulations.

Vickie A. Tillman has been appointed to a new role as senior vice president, Global Sustainability Business Development.  Vickie is responsible for creating and implementing a strategy to develop business opportunities.  Prior to assuming her current position, Vickie A. Tillman was executive vice president of the Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings Services business since May 1999. Standard & Poor’s is a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.  Ms. Tillman was executive managing director of Structured Finance Ratings, a position to which she was appointed in 1994. Previously, Ms. Tillman led the municipal utilities and revenue bonds groups, co-managed the Public Finance Department, and was ultimately named executive managing director of Public Finance in 1988.  Ms. Tillman joined Standard & Poor’s in 1977 as a municipal analyst.  Vickie Tillman holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
