Jon Williams is currently a partner in the Sustainability & Climate Change team at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC), with responsibility for Financial Services (FS) and Carbon Markets. He works with financial services clients to help them identify and manage sustainability risks, develop sustainable business strategies, manage environmental and social resources effectively, and report in a transparent manner to stakeholders. Prior to his appointment at PWC, Jon spent 21 years at HSBC. He was responsible for the creation and implementation of HSBC's sustainability strategy, covering environmental and social risk management, sustainable business development (carbon, water, forestry, and microfinance), footprint management (energy, waste, water, carbon, travel) and reporting. Jon holds a degree from the University of Southampton.

Nikolaus Schultze is Director for Carbon and Project Finance at First Climate where he has developed innovative structured financial solutions for low carbon investments. He advised UNEP as well as the Swiss and French authorities on renewable energy and carbon strategies . He brings a wealth of knowledge from environmental and carbon markets, the finance sector, management consulting and international development. In his previous career he was elected chairman of the BioCarbon Fund’s Investor Committee and developed and invested in an SME Venture Capital Vehicle in Africa backed by public and private financiers. As a former senior UN Official, he has proven experience in donor co-ordination and resources mobilisation for complex development initiatives. He has a Master in Business Administration from London Business School and has attended Executive Education Programmes at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs (Princeton University) and Harvard Business School.
