Graham Stuart is a partner and head of Baker & McKenzie's European and Middle-East Climate Change and Clean Energy Practice. Graham advises on climate change law and emissions trading, primary and secondary market transactions and the voluntary sector. He also advises on a broad range of UK, EU and international environmental law, either standalone or in connection with M&A, real estate, and financing transactions. Graham trained and qualified (1993) with DLA, IHS Energy (1996), Tite & Lewis (2001), Martineu Johnson (2003), Norton Rose (2005) and joined Baker & McKenzie as partner in 2008.
