Based in Washington DC, this working group provides investor and market-based commentary on the legislative process emerging in the United States. Engaging closely with key non-governmental, industry, and other key stakeholders CMIA is actively working to ensure robust and flexible market structure and that provisions for cost containment mechanisms (such as international and domestic offsets, as well as REDD) are adequately and sensibly represented in the emerging legislation.
