Based in Sydney, Australia and engaged with the Australian domestic legislative process, this Working Group has been working closely with the Australian Department of Climate Change ensure that ample and sensible structures and provisions for market-based mechanisms exist under the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS). CMIA has submitted responses to various Government consultations and remains in close dialogue with key Australian climate change negotiators.
